Please note that changes to the welcome screen are visible to all members within your organization, both on the web app and the add-ins. In accordance with the AI Act, it is essential to inform users about the use of artificial intelligence in their interactions with organizations. This ensures both transparency and compliance with legal requirements.

The welcome screen of SafeGPT can be customized according to the organization's wishes. For example, the screen can also be used to carry out specific internal communication regarding the use of AI.

Please keep in mind that the screen is visible to all users.
